Project Overview

EPRI has launched the Latin America Collaborative Project to bring more value to its members. This initiative is designed to provide utilities with technical information, software, and training materials in their native language, making it easier for technical personnel to integrate these resources effectively. Beyond offering technical resources, the project connects participants with expert personnel and extends invitations to engaging opportunities like Advisory meetings in United States and LATAM Week in Latin America’s cities. We welcome you to join us and take full advantage of these valuable experiences.

Description

Over decades EPRI has developed a range of resources which are valuable for Latin American utilities (Central and South America as well as Caribbean countries):

  • Reference and Field Guides to aid utilities select, install, inspect, monitor and maintain transmission assets,
  • Software Tools for design and asset management,
  • Test reports evaluating the performance of assets and investigating specific issues, and
  • Training Resources.

EPRI’s resources have been developed in English, and through this project they will be available to utilities’ personnel in their native language. Another important value stream for Latin American’s utilities is access to EPRI’s Subject Matter Expert (SME) Team and the sharing of results from utilities with similar challenges, both in the region and worldwide. Finally, the utilities will have access to training according to the membership level, as shown below.
